This wonderful, light-flooded attic holiday apartment in Garmisch is unique:
A perfect residential location, 160 square meters, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three balconies, and - if that isn’t enough to view the Alps - there is also a panorama attic for a truly unique view.

Kramerspitz and Karwendel can all be seen from here - this holiday apartment offers a true feast for the eyes and lets your heart fly free in the Alps.
But not only that. Guests have the entire upper floor of the apartment to themselves. Three bedrooms, two of which are fitted with king-size double beds, and one with a queen-size double bed, offer space for up to six people. This holiday apartment is thus equally suitable for use by a larger family or also by three couples or even three generations.
This apartment offers guests a sauna and wood-burning stove
The private areas are also underscored by two bathrooms. These offer a relaxing shower, a bathtub and also a sauna - for perfect relaxation. The dressing room with its large wardrobe allows guests to try on the right clothes before the evening’s activities.
If you would prefer to spend the evening in the apartment, the living room offers a comfortable suite - perfect for watching the LED TV or the flickering fire. Six people can be seated at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves no wish unfilled - and the state-of-the-art side-by-side refrigerator is a particular highlight.

There are two places available in the underground parking lot for parties arriving with two cars. An elevator takes guests directly from the garage to the top floor.
