Data protection
Your data protection is our concern.
We appreciate your interest in our company and our products or services and want you to feel secure regarding the protection of your personal data while visiting our website. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Adhering to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act is a matter of course for us.
We want you to know when we collect which data and how we use it. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure that data protection regulations are adhered to by both us and external service providers.
Personal data
Personal data refers to information about your identity. This includes details such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. You do not need to provide personal data to use our website. However, in certain cases, we do require your name, address, and other information to provide the services you request.
The same applies, for example, to the sending of informational material and ordered goods or to answering individual questions. Where this is necessary, we will inform you accordingly. Additionally, we only store and process data that you voluntarily provide to us or that is collected automatically.
If you use our services, we generally only collect the data necessary to provide those services. If we ask for additional data, it is provided voluntarily. The processing of personal data is carried out solely to fulfill the requested service and to protect our legitimate business interests.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The personal data you provide is generally used to respond to your inquiries, process your orders, or give you access to specific information or offers. To maintain customer relationships, it may also be necessary for us or a service provider we have contracted to use this personal data to inform you about product offers that are useful for your business or to conduct online surveys to better meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
Of course, we respect your decision if you do not wish to provide your personal data to support our customer relationship (particularly for direct marketing or market research purposes). We will not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.
Purpose-bound Use
We will collect, process, and use the personal data you provide online only for the purposes communicated to you. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your necessary consent.
The collection of personal data and its transmission to authorized state institutions and authorities occur only within the framework of applicable laws or if we are obligated by a court order. Our employees and the service providers we contract are bound to confidentiality and to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.
Non-Personal Data Automatically Collected
When using our website, the following data is stored for organizational and technical reasons: the names of the pages accessed, the browser and operating system used, the date and time of access, search engines used, names of downloaded files, and your IP address.

These anonymous data are stored separately from personal information on secure systems and do not allow for any conclusions about an individual person. Your personal data and privacy are therefore always protected.
