Each linen package includes a bed linen set (blanket, pillow and sheet), a towel measuring 140cm x 70cm, a small towel measuring 100cm x 50cm, 2 tea towels and a shower mat per bathroom. However, the tea towels and shower mat are only included in the first set. All other linen packages contain the bed linen set and the two towels.

You are of course welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. As the linen package is automatically added to your booking, please contact us if you wish to make any changes. You are welcome to contact us by email or on 08821-9439474.

No, unfortunately the apartments do not have bed linen for allergy sufferers. You are of course welcome to bring your own.

Yes, your booking confirmation is made up of the rental price, the final cleaning, the laundry package, the visitor’s tax and individually booked extra services (for example firewood or intermediate cleaning). Additional costs such as electricity, water and heating are already included in the rental price.

No, we would like to offer all guests the same standard of a cleaned apartment. That’s why our cleaning team takes care of the final cleaning every time you move in.

Yes, a travel cot (10.00 euros) and a high chair (10.00 euros) can be booked for a set price of 20.00 euros.

The spa contribution, which depends on the location, is a fixed and earmarked contribution, the proceeds of which are used to develop and maintain “facilities provided for spa purposes”. These include, for example, sports facilities, hiking trails, ski slopes and other local facilities. You can find more information under this link.

Your “Zugspitz Arena Bayern-Tirol Card” (= guest card) will be given to you by us on arrival. Here you can expect lots of discounts and free services during your stay.

Yes, if you are traveling on business or for medical reasons, for example, you will not be charged a visitor’s tax. Please note that the exemption of the visitor’s tax for the village of Grainau must be made directly on site at the Tourist Information.

All our apartments have WLAN, which is provided free of charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability and function in the event of disruptions to the Internet, e.g. due to force majeure or a technical defect.

Should a malfunction occur, we will of course endeavor to rectify it as quickly as possible.

No, all our apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Barbecues are not permitted on the balconies. You can barbecue in the garden. However, we ask you to be considerate of other residents. Please note that all barbecues etc. you bring with you must be taken back with you and cannot be disposed of on site.

Depending on the apartment, the maximum number of pets is 1 or 2. If you wish to bring more than one pet to your chosen accommodation, please contact us. Special cases will be decided individually.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

A deposit of 20% is due upon conclusion of the contract. The balance is due 28 days before the start of the trip. Bookings made 7 days or more before arrival must be paid by credit card.

2 days before the start or end of your trip we can inform you whether an early check-in / late check-out is possible. Please contact our office by email or telephone.

With early check-in the property is ready for occupancy from 08:00, with late check-out you can stay in the apartment/house until 20:00.

Please note that we charge a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate for this.

No, unfortunately bread roll service is not possible.

Unfortunately, it can always happen that you are unable to go on a long-awaited trip. In this case, we ask you to cancel your booking in writing by email. You can find our cancellation conditions under the general terms and conditions on our homepage.

For all other options or if you cancel after the deadline, a 90% cancellation fee will be charged.

If it is a paid cancellation, a detailed cancellation invoice will be sent to you by email the day after your planned departure. If a credit is due, you will receive it within 7-14 working days.

In the case of a free cancellation, you will receive your credit 7-14 working days after the cancellation.

About a week before your trip, you will receive your personal guest login access via email. There, in our information folder, you will find all important information about parking, waste separation, check-in and check-out information, Wi-Fi password, and much more.

Of course, you are welcome to contact us by phone if you have any further questions.

In the upper right corner of our homepage, you will find a search field. Here, you can enter the desired accommodation name. Once you are on the accommodation’s page, you will find a booking calendar at the bottom with the available dates.

Our properties are available through various booking providers. We offer you a “best price guarantee” when booking through our homepage.

If you have already booked through another provider, the cancellation and payment conditions specified there will apply.

Up to 60 days before arrival, you can make a non-binding reservation for your desired apartment for 2 days. If you do not confirm the booking within this period, the dates will be automatically released.

Generally, this is not possible. The houses/apartments and their amenities are designed for the specified number of people. Overoccupancy is only possible in exceptional cases (with a child up to 3 years old).

Unexpected events often occur—therefore, we recommend that all our guests purchase travel insurance.

You will receive your keys on the day of arrival between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM at our office at Amselstr. 11, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Please note that the apartment can only be occupied from 4:00 PM. If the apartment is ready earlier, we will notify you by phone.

On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Please return the keys to the office. If the office is closed, please drop the keys into the mailbox on the left side of the office building.

We are happy to leave the keys for you in our key safe if you arrive after 5:00 PM. This is located on the left side of the office building. Please inform us in advance if you would like to use this option, and we will provide you with the current code for the day.

Please note that we can only leave the keys for you if the total amount of the invoice has been paid.

Please leave the apartment broom-clean, close the windows, and dispose of the trash and glass bottles.

Yes, please contact us immediately if you forget something in the apartment upon departure. We will be happy to send the items to you, provided you cover the postage.

Please note that due to organizational reasons, we handle multiple shipments at the same time. Therefore, it may take a little while before the item is sent out.

Despite our quality standards and work instructions, it is possible that a defect or issue in the apartment may occur. Please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can address it as quickly as possible.

No, we rent without requiring a deposit. However, we rely on your fairness to inform us if something is damaged.

You will receive the keys at our office (Amselstr. 11, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen) upon your arrival.

A few days after your stay, you will receive a link from us that leads to the review system on our website. There, you can rate your stay and the apartment.
