Are you looking forward to a well-deserved vacation in beautiful Garmisch-Partenkirchen and would like to combine sporting activities with wellness and nature? Then our "Alpenpanorama" vacation apartment is the right place for you! Renovated and completely refurbished in 2023, the apartment offers the best conditions for your best time of the year. It is located in the building complex of the "Mer...Weiterlesencure Hotel" and therefore offers the unique opportunity to combine the peace and discretion of a vacation apartment with the luxury of the hotel ambience. For a surcharge (please refer to the Mercure Hotel website for more information) you can take advantage of hotel services such as the wellness area or breakfast. You can easily reach your apartment through a separate, covered side entrance directly from the underground parking garage.

Individually and tastefully furnished, you will find all the comfort you could wish for on a luxurious vacation on around 60 m². Attention has been paid to every detail right from the entrance area. For example, the spacious checkroom has a suitcase rack that is ideal for storing your luggage. From the hallway, you enter the stylishly combined living and dining area, which radiates a warm living atmosphere thanks to the wood-look tiles. The large glass front with access to the roof terrace further emphasizes the bright living concept.

Is cooking your great passion? Then your heart will truly blossom. A high-quality kitchen with granite worktop and of course all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils promises cozy cooking evenings. In addition to an island with induction hob, a fridge with freezer and, of course, a dishwasher, you also have a microwave with steamer at your disposal. The emphasis here is also on that certain something extra: The wall units have an electric drive.

In addition to an acacia table with two chairs and a cozy bench, there is also a large leather couch in the living area. Of course, there is also a TV set at your disposal. The 55-inch screen is equipped with a swivel arm.

The apartment's wonderful roof terrace is the perfect place to round off a wonderful day. Protected from the wind, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from the 6th floor on an area of around 30 m². Of course, comfortable garden furniture and a parasol are also available. You can also reach the roof terrace from the bedroom. This is furnished with a spacious box-spring bed measuring 180x200 cm and a TV set. A large closet offers enough storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Cleverly installed skylights allow daylight to shine into the second bedroom next door and create a pleasant lighting atmosphere. This is also furnished with a 180x200 cm double bed, closet and TV.

You will also find plenty of light in the bathroom: a large overhead light provides sufficient daylight. A walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet await you here.

Incidentally, the apartment is equipped with external blinds and insect screens, and a heat pump is installed to reduce the temperature of the air in the room in summer.

There is also an extra for winter sports enthusiasts and cyclists: the apartment has a private, private and lockable cellar compartment. There are ski racks and ski boot warmers as well as power sockets.

Die Wohnung und der Ausblick sind toll. Obwohl eine Dachwohnung, hört man den Verkehrslärm.
Eine tolle Wohnung mit erstklassiger Ausstattung und wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Berge von Garmisch Partenkirchen. Die Ludwigstraße ist in 5 Minuten erreicht, besser geht es kaum. Erwähnt sein sollte aber auch, dass die Geräuschkulisse der Hauptstraße, ca. 150m Luftlinie entfernt, rund um die Uhr zu hören ist. Totale Stille ist somit nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu finden.
Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
