Quiet and sunny, the apartment building is set back about 100 m from the Sankt-Martin-Strasse, bordering the mountain river Partnach. The congress center and the center of Garmisch are within walking distance in a few minutes, as well as the DB and Zugspitz train station. So you are maximum comfortable on the fastest way to the mountain railroads and hiking trails, without having to move the car.
