Our vacation apartment "Falkenstein" in the vacation home "Ludwig" is particularly characterized by its excellent location: The historic "Ludwigstraße" is a real gem in Werdenfelser Land. Numerous restaurants and decorated house facades ("Lüftlmalerei") showcase the diversity and tradition of this district. This 124 m² vacation apartment offers everything you need for a group trip or family vacation. On the 2nd floor of the vacation home there is enough space for up to 7 people to spend relaxing days. A large wardrobe awaits you in the hallway, so that jackets and shoes can be easily stowed away.
The renovated apartment has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe, the second bedroom has a modern double box-spring bed and a single box-spring bed measuring 80 cm. In the third bedroom there are two single beds with a width of 80 cm.
Two sofa areas provide plenty of seating in the living area. Social gatherings in the evening or rainy days can be spent relaxing in the apartment. Everyone will find a suitable spot to relax with a book or a glass of wine. If your trip takes place during the cold season, the Swedish stove ensures a cozy atmosphere. What could be better after a cold winter's day?
Do you prefer to enjoy lots of sunny and warm moments outside? Then the large balcony is just right for you. Garden furniture is of course at your disposal. Thanks to the canopy, even a warm rain shower is no problem.
The dining area of the "Falkenstein" apartment is generously proportioned so that all guests can be seated at the table at the same time. Smaller meals can be prepared perfectly in the open kitchen. This has all the necessary kitchen utensils and of course a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge.
Two bathrooms are available: One is equipped with a large shower, the second has a bathtub and a separate toilet. The washing machine is also located here.
