The interior of the apartment is just as impressive. Spanning 45 m², this newly built apartment in a modern alpine design invites you to spend your most beautiful days of the year in absolute comfort, complete with stunning views of the Alpspitze. During cold winter days, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth throughout the apartment, while a ventilation system provides a pleasant indoor climate on hot summer days.
The high-quality living and dining area is the perfect spot for relaxing evenings. The dining table comfortably seats four people, and the cozy couch invites you to unwind at any time of day. It can also be easily transformed into a comfortable sleeping space for an additional guest.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, sustainable capsule coffee machine, and a variety of cooking utensils. Cooking here is pure joy!
