The historic "Ludwigstraße" with its famous, ornate facades is just a 5-minute walk away. You will also find numerous restaurants and many small, owner-managed stores here. The "Wankbahn", the cable car to one of the most popular hiking areas in the district, as well as numerous walking trails and viewpoints are also in the immediate vicinity.

Our top-floor apartment of...Weiterlesen around 55 m² shows how a clever room layout contributes to a sense of well-being: Equipped with a large window front, a bright, light-flooded living and dining area awaits you. A corner bench and a cozy sofa are available here to provide you with many sociable vacation hours. Bavarian coziness is known to be very important, so we are very pleased that you can benefit from it in a special way: A tiled stove with seating spreads a feel-good atmosphere on cold autumn and winter days, reminiscent of a cozy hut evening in a snowy mountain landscape. Please note that firewood is not included in the rental price. This can be purchased on site at the DIY store or from our office. But we have also thought of all sun worshippers and spring lovers: the apartment has a cozy, covered balcony with seating.
There is a cozy corner bench in the front area of the living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. A dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob as well as a coffee machine are also available.
In the bedroom you will find a large double bed and a spacious closet. There is also an integrated TV, so that you can also relax and unwind here.
The bathroom with large attic window is also bright and appealing. There is a corner shower, washbasin and toilet.
Attic apartments are cozy - but please bear in mind that there are naturally sloping ceilings. We therefore recommend the apartment for people under 1.85 cm tall - it should be cozy!
The apartment also has a parking space. Please note that the underground parking space may not be suitable or narrow for large SUVs. Parking in the garage is at your own risk.Weniger lesen
