When the rain pelts pleasantly on the roof, you can spend cozy hours on the comfortable sofa area. A modern TV set is of course available to you here. There is also a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs in the living area.
The open kitchen is cleverly incorporated into the sloping roof and equipped with everything the hobby chef needs. Of course, a coffee machine is also available.

Bedroom with balcony access

A comfortable bedroom with a double bed is available for your long vacation sleep. A chest of drawers provides enough space for your items of clothing - you will also find a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway. Your sleeping oasis has a balcony, of course with seating and awning. Here you can watch the mountain scenery wake up early in the morning.

Wellness on vacation

The renovated bathroom has a bathtub with shower facility and is equipped with a sophisticated double mirror.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage. Gute Grundausstattung und Qualitativ hohwertige Geräte. Viel Stauraum. Da fühlt man sich schon sehr wohl.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zur Skisprungschanze, von hier aus konnten wir viele tolle Ausflüge (wie zur Partnachklamm oder Wanderungen) unternehmen. Für uns war die Lage top! Bis zum Ortskern Garmisch muss man allerdings eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß in Kauf nehmen, doch es gibt einen schönen Fußweg an der Partnach entlang. Die Ferienwohnung hatte ansonsten alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns vorwiegend selbst verpflegen konnten. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Abwicklung mit dem Mahr Team verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos.

Eine tolle Wohnung, wo wir uns - bereits zum zweiten Mal - sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Mit Blick auf die Sprungschanze und die Berge drumherum sehr schön gelegen. Auch der Weg zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ist nach einem Skitag kein Problem. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.
