In a historic location, right in the heart of Partenkirchen, you will find our
vacation apartment "Zum Draxla".
In just a few minutes walk you can reach a whole hiking area. The effortless
ride with the Wankbahn enables also families with children and seniors a dreamlike
fantastic mountain experience with wonderful views. You would prefer a short stroll in the h...Weiterlesenistoric Ludwigstraße? Numerous cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.
"Pure nature" - you will find over 70 sqm.
The building, which was built in 1860, was completely renovated in 2012:
Purely natural insulating materials were used for the finishing, and the entire house is painted with a pollutant-free mineral paint. In the house itself is high-quality natural plaster, so the natural environment was created space and heart and lung switch immediately into the vacation mode.
Breakfast with mountain view
This vacation dream comes true! Directly at the bright window is a comfortable dining table with corner bench. On sunny days you can already enjoy the wonderful view in the morning and start your vacation day relaxed.
The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired: In addition to the
dishwasher, oven and refrigerator, you will of course also find a coffee machine and a kettle. Also the equipment with cooking utensils is almost perfect, so you will not miss anything from home.
In the open-plan living and dining area, next to the sofa bed, there is a comfortable armchair, so that each family member will find his place. Should the weather invites you to stay in the apartment, you can of course use the television.
On the same floor is the renovated bathroom with natural light.
A shower, a toilet as well as a washbasin offer the necessary comfort.
On sunny days and on warm summer evenings you are sure to spend one or
more hours on the balcony. Besides the classic garden two high-quality Lafuma loungers are at your disposal.
Healthy sleep means quality of life
A wide staircase leads to the basement of the apartment. There are the two bright, cozy bedrooms, which have windows with a view of nature. All beds are equipped with natural latex mattresses. These ensure a healthy and restful sleep. In addition, the parent's bed has a so-called "Relax bed system". Relax products are
made exclusively from high-quality, natural raw materials and are therefore guaranteed to be free of metal and paint.
Of course, a free outdoor parking space is available for your stay.
